Lights On Retail Policy:
Your credit card is never charged until your order has been filled and shipped.
All products are to be considered in stock unless otherwise noted. In stock products will usually ship on the same or next business day. If something is going to take longer than normal to ship to you, we will always contact you before charging your credit card.
After placing an order, you will be notified twice via email. Once from firstname.lastname@example.org confirming we have received your order, and then from email@example.com with your tracking info once your merchandise is shipped and your credit card charged. You can print those emails for your records. You will recieve a paper reciept with your package. To avoid spam filters preventing you from getting our emails, you may want to add both firstname.lastname@example.org as well as email@example.com to your address book.
We make our best effort to be sure all prices listed are acurate, however some prices may change without warning before our site is updated. In the rare instance that this occurs, we will always contact you before proceeding with your order.
We are not accepting international orders or shipping international at this time.
Cards we Accept:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and/or debit cards.
Our servers are secure, all information about you is encrypted. Your credit card information is always securely protected and deleted as soon as we charge your card. You will notice the lock indicating security whenever entering the account or checkout pages.
We never share your information with anyone. We will not keep your credit card information. If you create an account, we will store your ship-to and bill-to information. This way you can save time when you return to our site to reorder. If you want to receive occasional promotional emails you must opt in by clicking the checkbox during the checkout process. We store records of all orders and transactions for standard bookkeeping purposes, but this information is never shared or used for any other purpose.
We ship the same day if your order is in before 1PM Central Time, otherwise we will ship the next business day. If you order on a weekend or holiday we will ship on the next business day.
UPS is used for all shipments. We ship to all points within the U.S.
We keep most items in stock, but to maintain low prices, we do have certain products shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If an order is drop shipped, we will charge the card at the time our order is placed with the manufacturer, which is before the product actually ships.
We add a small handling fee on every order, it is automatically included in your shipping cost.
Split shipping is available upon request if some items are not in stock and you don't want to wait for backordered items to arrive before we ship. If you request spilt shipping, you will be charged for the extra shipping costs.
Damage in transit:
You must inspect shipments before signing for the package, and refuse delivery if you find damage. If you don't do this, and you find damage after taking delivery, contact the carrier as soon as possible to file a claim and schedule a pickup of the damaged goods. Then contact Lights On and notify us of the claim.

Returns / Refunds:
You may return unused or defective products for a refund or replacement. All products must be returned to us within 30 days from the order date. All shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
A restocking fee of 20% will apply on all authorized returned goods.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. We will notify you of your refund once it is processed. Please note that unless it was an error of ours we can not refund the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable: We will not accept returns of: batteries, light bulbs, recordable media, sheets of gel, fabrics, liquids, sprays, books, and DVDs. On these types of products, all sales are final.
Orders may be canceled by contacting us before they have shipped.
