Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping: We ship the same day if your order is in before 1PM Central Time, otherwise we will ship the next business day. If you order on a weekend or holiday we will ship on the next business day. UPS is used for most shipments and USPS is available for orders under 1 pound. We ship to all points within the U.S. We will not ship to freight forwarders and reserve the right to not ship to PO boxes.

Drop Shipping: We keep most items in stock, but to maintain low prices, we do have certain products shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If an order is drop shipped, we will charge the card at the time our order is placed with the manufacturer, which is before the product actually ships.

Handling: We add a small handling fee on every order, it is automatically included in your shipping cost.

Split Shipping: Split shipping is available upon request if some items are not in stock and you don't want to wait for backordered items to arrive before we ship. If you request spilt shipping, you will be charged for the extra shipping costs.

Damage in transit: You must inspect shipments before signing for the package, and refuse delivery if you find damage. If you don't do this, and you find damage after taking delivery, contact the carrier as soon as possible to file a claim and schedule a pickup of the damaged goods. Then contact Lights On and notify us of the claim.

Free Ground Shipping Terms: *Free Ground shipping only for orders with basket contents of $100 or more. The following items are excluded from our Free Ground Shipping offer:
Oversized items(items 4' or longer), overweight items, Sandbags, Shotbags, Paint, Sprays, Dollies, Sliders, Dolly Track, Milk crates, Large Nets/Flags, Carts, Overhead frames, Large lights stands, Large Lighting Kits, Electrical cable, Reflectors and other items not listed.

Ground Shipping will be processed at our discretion either US Mail or UPS.

The Free Ground shipping offer is only applicable to the lower 48 United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Lights On Retail reserves the right to refuse the Free Ground Shipping offer on any order placed.

Urgent Orders: Please contact us via telephone for urgent orders.

Returns / Refunds: You may return unused or defective products for a refund or replacement. All products must be returned to us within 30 days from the order date. All shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. A restocking fee of 20% will apply on all authorized returned goods. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. We will notify you of your refund once it is processed. Please note that unless it was an error of ours we can not refund the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable: We will not accept returns of: batteries, light bulbs, recordable media, sheets of gel, fabrics, liquids, sprays, books, and DVDs. On these types of products, all sales are final.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled by contacting us before they have shipped.
